Tips for Using Printable Speeches with Church Youth
Choose age-appropriate length and reading level. Practice aloud so youth feel confident. Pair a short speech with a Bible reading (Luke 2 or Isaiah 9) or a simple carol. Encourage youth to write a brief personal closing sentence about what Christmas means to them.
Print extra copies and have a backup reader. Keep the tone warm, clear, and focused on Jesus rather than commercial aspects of the holiday. For larger programs, combine a short speech with a free skit from the sites above.
