How to Print and Wrap a Hershey Bar?
Use these steps for any free printable Hershey bar wrapper:
- Match the template to the bar. Standard files fit the 1.55 oz bar. Do not shrink the page to fit the paper.
- Print at actual size, or 100 percent, on US Letter paper. Cardstock or bright white inkjet paper holds color better than thin copy paper.
- Turn off draft or toner-saver mode so the design does not look washed out.
- Cut just inside the outline. A paper trimmer gives a straighter edge than scissors.
- Leave the factory wrapper on. Fold your sleeve around it and tape or glue only the paper to itself.
- Write the name on the To/From line after the ink is dry.

Bar Sizes That Matter
